Each renovation is tailored to our clients individual needs. We work alongside some of the most skilled and trusted professionals in Seattle who maintain the highest standards our clients have come to expect from us. Ranging from hand-built cabinetry and custom paint colors to 3D design services that help you visualize your remodel, Iron & Pine Inc. continues to deliver exceptional results through every phase of their projects. During our renovations, clients have added into their contract additional bathroom remodels, full kitchens and even additions. We work in such a way that helps us stay flexible to the needs of our clients, and ensure they are able to take full advantage of our expertise and guidance while renovating their home.
While renovating Seattle’s historic homes, we often come across details and materials that need to be matched to keep with the feel of the home. With these materials often being over a century old, they are inevitably difficult to come by. Over the years we’ve worked hard to source suppliers and hone our skill to restore/update these historic features for our modern age.
Just as we value the long term term relationships we create with our clientele, the same is true with our vendors and trade specialists. This results in trusted professionals working along side us in caring for your project and consistently sourcing high quality materials for your needs.
Many of the projects we work on require a special hand-finished touch to match the era of the home. Whether it be updating current interior profiles, finishing built-in cabinets, or a complete down-to-studs renovation, we make sure to give the attention and detail needed at each phase. Our craftsmen start from a finish point of view and work backwards to minimize any unforeseen issues throughout this process.
Before we start any work on your home, we make sure to protect and cover any surfaces and items that could be damaged during the course of your renovation. Of course, having no items or furniture in the work areas is highly recommended. However, we always mask and protect your floors, windows and any remaining items you have to mitigate the potential for damage during your renovation.
Maintaining a clean job site is so important not only for the safety of our team but for our clients’ health as well. Using dust remediation methods, such as HEPA filters and temporary walls to enclose our workspaces, are just some of the methods we use on our projects. We care about your home just as much as you do.
